Difficulty with the delivery the recipient had to collect the delivery, I appear to have missed the time delivery preference slot on the order, I feel it wasn't very obvious. Thankfully the flower arrangement was good.

I found the experience extremely easy. The flowers were delivered within 2 days as we ordered at a weekend and the recipient was very happy with the arrangement

I wish I could see what exactly was delivered even thought I know they were beautiful! And when order having a choice of time, or at least possibility of a note to the delivery person. In case the recipient not available full day within K Flowers working hours would be fantastic! Great service anyway with small space for improvement with growing competition.
