Received an email stating my order could not be completed. So I contacted florist directly and ordered my desired flowers. Florist also stated they had not received my original order so I was confident ordering through them and dismissing my original order. On flower delivery day recipients received 2 bouquets. I received no other communication to state original order would be completed and was charged for both bouquets. Very frustrating.

Such a lovely company Kay’s florist , owner was such a delight went above and beyond and the flowers were beautiful, lovely basket too and value for money , fast delivery and hassle free , very happy will def use again thank you

The flowers are always second to none, stunning bouquets that couldn???t be fresher. Also fabulous staff who go over and above. K flowers never disappoints ????

He chose the florist choice vase flowers for our work colleague who just bought a house. Ordered them on a Tuesday night, after hours, and they were delivered Wednesday lunch time. She absolutely loved them. They are arranged so beautifully, huge selection of different flowers, some still waiting to bloom, so I know they'll last a long time! Happy to be able to just google a flowershop close to their new address, which when we all work from home and don't know the area people are from, made the whole process so easy!

The floral arrangement was rather sparse. Delivered late.
